Job Description As the Manager, People & Operations, you’ll support the day‑to‑day coordination of our Workplace Management Services (WMS) teams and help ensure our client accounts operate smoothly and consistently. Working closely with Account Managers and our corporate support teams, you’ll play an important role in creating positive workplace experiences by helping keep our people, processes, and systems running effectively. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a blend of people support and practical operational work. You’ll help implement policies and procedures, assist with recruitment and onboarding, and support training and performance activities. On the operational side, you’ll contribute to reviewing processes, supporting audits, gathering data for reporting, and assisting with rolling out improvements that make our teams more efficient and aligned.
